Gringa Dairy is an artisan dairy making authentic Mexican cheese in a railway arch in South East London (Peckham to be exact). I use organic milk from a farm in Kent that is collected from the morning milking and transformed into really delicious cheese the very same day.
The traditional Mexican cheeses I produce are Queso Fresco, Queso Oaxaca and Queso Chihuahua. I also make an inauthentic, but delicious spread called Queso Luchito which has the Gran Luchito Oaxacan chilie paste mixed into it. Check out the “Buy” page for where to purchase my cheeses!
